Strive Health, the national leader in value-based kidney care, today announced that Brandi Riddle is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her new role, Brandi will lead the company’s financial functions to support company growth and help propel the company’s strategic goals.
“Strive Health is the leader in delivering transformative, value-based kidney care,” said Chris Riopelle, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Strive Health. “As we continue growing rapidly, we require a strong and engaged finance leader. Brandi’s deep experience helping healthcare companies execute on growth initiatives will be instrumental to our success. We are excited to welcome Brandi to our team.”
With more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience, Brandi most recently served as CEO and CFO of New West Physicians, Inc., a $150 million medical group owned by OptumCare, where she grew a value-based care portfolio for a large population of seniors. She has also worked as National Controller of DaVita Medical Group and Vice President of Financial Operations with Genesis HealthCare, Inc. Devoting her career to supporting the strategic acceleration of companies within skilled nursing and primary care has given Brandi broad perspective on complex models of care.
“Strive Health is dedicated to helping patients successfully navigate kidney disease, which is a complex journey,” said Brandi. “Working with Chris and the rest of the team, my experience with complex financial models will help drive short- and long-term growth that will create meaningful change in patients’ lives. I am thrilled to be part of an organization that is on the forefront of healthcare innovation.”
Kidney disease is the nation’s ninth-leading cause of death, necessitating a proactive, value-based approach that promotes patient health and well-being. Strive Health integrates technology, including proprietary machine learning algorithms, and clinical infrastructure to improve health outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
